We are an on-demand shared ride vehicle service that runs on a set schedule. We use large vehicles with lots of storage. We understand the stress of air travel and our reliability and advance reservations reduce that pressure.
The direct Airport Shuttle picks up at Lake Sumter Landing first then proceeds to Brownwood for departures. For arrivals, the shuttle will drop off at Brownwood first and then proceed to Lake Sumter Landing. We ask that all passengers board and disembark at the station designated at the time of reservation. Home Pick-Up/Drop-Off reservations are required 48 hours prior to date of travel.
The Lake Sumter Landing Depot is located at: 1045 Old Mill Run, The Villages, Fl 32162

The Brownwood Depot is located at: 2703 West Torch Lake Drive, The Villages, Fl 32163
Proceed to your designated baggage claim area whether you have luggage or not. Once there, take the elevator down to Level 1 (Ground Transportation).
Walk outside the doors and look for parking space 14, 15 or 18.
Look for the drivers with "The Villages" logo.
Cancellations with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will NOT receive a refund as seats are reserved and held based on reservation.
Shuttle sizes vary and can hold from 25-56 passengers.
Please arrive at Lake Sumter Landing or Brownwood Station at least 15 minutes prior to your shuttle departure time. In accordance with the strictly enforced Orlando International Airport rules and regulations, we are not permitted to wait for passengers with delayed flights. We will do our best to accommodate those passengers on our very next scheduled shuttle pick-up time.
All children under the age of four (4) must be in a child safety seat/car seat. Accompanying adult is responsible for supplying the child safety seat.
Small pets only and must be kept in pet carrier at all times. Service dogs are permitted.
In addition to a carry-on, each passenger can bring 2 bags free of charge. Any additional baggage may be subject to a small fee.
Home Pick-Up/Drop-Off reservations are required 48 hours prior to date of travel. Home Pick-Up/Drop-Off available to addresses located in THE VILLAGES ONLY!
We understand your travel plans may be subject to change, which is why we offer a simple way for you to cancel your reservation via our website, or by calling 352-259-9398 anytime, day or night.

Regardless of how you made your reservation, simply give us forty (48) hours notice prior to your pickup time, and we will give you a full refund. The Villages Transportation is unable to refund payment if cancelled with less than forty eight hours notice prior to pickup time or in the event of a no-show

Refunds normally show on your account within three (3) to five (5) business days. Credit card refunds are submitted to the financial institution within one (1) business day; check with your financial institution for more information.
Customers must pay at the time of booking to secure advance reservations. Any charges are processed at the time of booking and are refundable following the terms outlined in our cancellation policy.
